Hardcover binding is the most traditional way to bind books, and today it is also considered the most practical and aesthetic in terms of use.

During the production process a book is sewn together with thread. The sewn block is glued into the book cover, which has been prepared earlier.

The cover design can vary from very simple to extremely luxurious using different leathers, foils, reliefs, etc.

For hardcover books, the block thickness is usually greater than 3mm, although for children’s books literature the thickness often starts from 2mm.
